On a tour of South America and entertaining audiences with their intergalactic a cappella, the hour is quickly approaching when Israeli musical ensemble Voca People lands at the Teatro Colón for six star-studded nights.
With an incredible variety of sounds and instruments, these eight vocal aliens will take us on a musical journey, and one, which began a millennium ago, when Voca People first landed on an unknown planet, our planet Earth, and realized that they had drained the battery of their spaceship. Not in any hurry to head back into the furthest corners of outer space, the eight aliens began to win over viewers around the world (more a million so far) with their stellar performances, and on April 7th Voca People will debut at the ‘Theatre of Colombians.”
Accompanied by plenty of humour and their cosmic cosmetics and costumes, these tenors, countertenors, baritones, sopranos and mezzo-sopranos, will cover the history of song and beyond: from classical to jazz, rock to pop.
